1. Post Type
Deeper Comments is fully compatible with WordPress post types. You can select each post type you want to limit your comment form to be shown or you can deselect all of them to show it everywhere.
2. Post Categories
If you select to show the comment form on posts, then you can filter them based on the posts categories in here
