You can use your business information in the tickets or invoices that are sent to the attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, go to&nbsp;<strong>MEC Settings &gt; Invoice options<\/strong>&nbsp;and fill out the&nbsp;<strong>Company Information fields<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, in the&nbsp;<strong>Custom CSS section<\/strong>, you can change the style of the different parts of the ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Export_a_List_of_Attendees\"><\/span>How to Export a List of Attendees?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, simply go to&nbsp;<strong>MEC &gt; Bookings<\/strong>&nbsp;and filter the bookings based on the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, you can select all of the bookings and export them from the&nbsp;<strong>Bulk Edit menu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is another filter besides the event name. For instance, you can filter one specific occurrence of a repeating event and export its attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exported file can be in&nbsp;<strong>CSV and MS Excel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Does_the_Check-In_Process_Work\"><\/span>How Does the Check-In Process Work?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have the Ticket and Invoice addon installed and active, after users make a booking, they will receive a ticket or invoice that contains a QR code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This QR code is used to check in attendees at the event, and, as the host, you can scan the code to check the attendees in and have an idea of who\u2019s attended and who hasn\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can do this with our app or with your smartphone. If you are using your smartphone, you must be logged in to your website in its browser app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otherwise, you won\u2019t have the proper access to check-in people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have recently&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/webnus.net\/dox\/modern-events-calendar\/ticket-and-invoice-app\/\" data-type=\"knowledgebase\" data-id=\"8460\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">designed an app for this<\/a> to make the process easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this app, you don\u2019t need to log in via your phone\u2019s browser because it works with an API key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way, you can link your website and the app and scan the codes effortlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After scanning the QR code, you will see a message regarding whether the check-in was successful, and it will also update the status in the backend of the website to Checked in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the attendee was already checked in, you will see a message saying Already Checked In.
