PROS: One biggest thing I like is how honest their people are. They're partnering up with me so I can achieve my goals. They link me with fellow planners so the best practices are being shared. It's more than just the technology aspect but how to successfully operate a department too.

CONS: Certain tweaks need to be made to make travel modules work a bit better. Thing is, it won't come up often. They appear to be listening and giving it a shot in addressing problems as they come along. It's pleasant to directly interact to developers and hear them out on why they're doing the things they're supposed to.

PROS: Love how it keeps evolving by adapting to user feedback. The updates are all so useful and sometimes when an update removed a feature that we love, they make the effort to have it back on the next update. They listen to their users.

CONS: Changes too much sometimes that it is hard to adapt but chatting with their support team and reading the help section helps.

PROS: I like being able to make maps that our clients can check for possible changes and other things for future consideration. There's a support team via chat on the program, who are warm and very patient in walking us through our issues.

PROS: I like that Social Tables is able to take on requests from user feedback and I can see that with their regular software updates. Sometimes they even roll back to bring back items that we loved from the previous version, so this shows that the company is loyal and listens to its users.

CONS: It would be great if we can manage constant system updates a lot better. When it happens too often and too close in between, it's another round of adjustment from our end and it risks our production as a consequence. At the same time, we need these updates because of the everchanging demands in our industry. Striking a healthy balance could be key.

PROS: I like showing my clients how we're envisioning the event space is supposed to look. It helps us especially on the day, and we've been able to put mitigating measures in place to minimize the stress that we can avoid. Social Tables features plenty of functions and the system rolls out constant updates for further improvement.

CONS: It would be nice to update the software's design and clean it up a little. The list of functions being offered also looks cluttered. Perhaps a mobile app can help too.

PROS: I like creating floor plans with Social Tables because it's easy to use and can be updated anywhere in the world. We can also export a list of items included in the floor plan, so it's very detailed.

PROS: Great tool for event planning; We get to create incredible floor plans using the app and immediately see the logistics needed for the event as well. We can generate reports on the inventory and have it exported to be a list of, for example, how many chairs, tables, the equipment we need to use for the event.

CONS: Having to work with custom design; It is better to use Vectorworks for custom layouts.

PROS: The accurate scaling of the rooms/event venues helps clients, especially the doubtful ones, visualize how space would look like in the actual event. We get to utilize the whole space and get to convince clients that space is enough for a certain amount of people for an event.

PROS: I like that Social Tables is easy to use for us and our clients. During our meetings, we're able to visualize the room for their event and add detailed requests from the client. At the moment, because of physical restrictions, we would send the URL of the same concept to our client and discuss it over the phone. When we encounter issues, the support team is always on hand to answer our questions and help us solve it.

PROS: We're operating as a multi-client firm. We have communication and event needs that vary in simplicity and complexity. After looking into a number of platforms the past several months, CVENT happens to be the only platform capable of delivering setups for any intricate event. Its greatest functionality is that it's now capable of integrating communication, internet platforms, events, membership details, and CE tracking in a single system.

CONS: It'd be nice to have added functionality in the e-marketing platform. By that would mean dealing with instances such as embedded videos and others.

PROS: I like that Social Tables is accessible over the cloud, so we can share updates and 3D renderings in real-time because some of our team members, third-party agents, and contacts are located elsewhere. It's also a lot easier for us to manage last-minute items, like seat assignments for up to a thousand, because we're able to create a diagram, assign seats and share these details as soon as we can.

CONS: It would be great if it were easier to make adjustments to the diagrams you've already started. We're also often running around, so a mobile-friendly version will be more than welcome.

PROS: Cvent provides plenty of event solutions in their menu. I love the feel for the company and the brand. They're frequently making improvements in their offerings. They always put the end-user first and foremost.

CONS: Whenever it involves creating registration sites, there are a number of ways it can be customized. This makes the standard registration site a bit overwhelming for the first-time user. But once you're able to get around the program, all options become important. You get a level of appreciation for them.

PROS: Social Tables helped us with collaborating with different teams involved in an event at a large scale event. Since the teams for this particular event are in different locations and can't exactly meet to discuss event details, we use Social Tables for discussing layouts. The 3D renderings really helped us visualize how the venue would look like and adjust the design based on each of the team's feedback.

PROS: I like that Social Tables helps me create pro-looking layouts that propel me ahead of the competition. I am able to design the entire space using the various features that help me visualize an accurate floor plan. Being able to label each type of item also helps it look more organized, so it helps the client see clearly what I intend for each area, space, or item.

CONS: It would be great to be able to customize more settings on Social Tables. For example, it would be great to be able to do more actions to the photos of items I've uploaded.

PROS: Customer service with Cvent is unlike anything I've ever seen. Responses to e-mail come within a few hours. Each person I've dealt with have been nothing but accommodating. They were really a big help.

CONS: I was hoping there was some way in getting the trade show registration organized. This is better off than manipulating current pathways in accommodating a trade show. It'd be nice to have such functionality. It would definitely meet logistics/trade organization requirements.

PROS: The thing that I favor with Cvent its its ability in sending out personal links within any e-mail. The links lets the registration look into what you really want them to focus on. Once they register, it'll pre-populate any data being imported in the system. This makes the experience less of a hassle for any attendee!

CONS: I was hoping the system would provide enhanced integration for both the guest and registrant. At times, it would seem as if both were not as connected. Also, guest registration seems like an afterthought.

PROS: I like its ability to automate a lot for me in terms of reminders and confirmations. I've been using it to successfully sell ad programs to customers. I also sell ad programs to book attendees on our trips. Even for small office events, I find it very useful.

CONS: The learning curve of the system can take up a lot of time. It can also be confusing. But it was all worth the hassle in the end. Client success reps and the service team are great tools.

PROS: I like all toolls are seamlessly interacting with each other. I've been utilizng the event management tool for my current event site as well as online registration. I've been using OnArrival, which offers quick and a great check-in experience for attendees. I make use of Social Wall and the lead tracking program.

CONS: It's a bit complicated in using registration content builders. Unless, of course, you get around them often. But if you need help, customer support is an e-mail or phone call away.

PROS: Customer service with Cvent is unlike anything I've ever seen. Responses to e-mail come within a few hours. Each person I've dealt with have been nothing but accommodating. They were really a big help.

CONS: I was hoping there was some way in getting the trade show registration organized. This is better off than manipulating current pathways in accommodating a trade show. It'd be nice to have such functionality. It would definitely meet logistics/trade organization requirements.

PROS: I like how it's easy to use in sending invites and being able to manage registrations. Before, rooming lists and invites took up a bulk of time. Cvent ensured that such processes run more efficiently. A great functionality for my team is being able to share registration reports and activity with colleagues in real-time.

CONS: The only thing I hate is not getting the chance to completely utilize Cvent. There are a ton of functinality that needs exploring.

PROS: We're operating as a multi-client firm. We have communication and event needs that vary in simplicity and complexity. After looking into a number of platforms the past several months, CVENT happens to be the only platform capable of delivering setups for any intricate event. Its greatest functionality is that it's now capable of integrating communication, internet platforms, events, membership details, and CE tracking in a single system.

CONS: It'd be nice to have added functionality in the e-marketing platform. By that would mean dealing with instances such as embedded videos and others.

PROS: The thing that I favor with Cvent its its ability in sending out personal links within any e-mail. The links lets the registration look into what you really want them to focus on. Once they register, it'll pre-populate any data being imported in the system. This makes the experience less of a hassle for any attendee!

CONS: I was hoping the system would provide enhanced integration for both the guest and registrant. At times, it would seem as if both were not as connected. Also, guest registration seems like an afterthought.

PROS: Cvent provides plenty of event solutions in their menu. I love the feel for the company and the brand. They're frequently making improvements in their offerings. They always put the end-user first and foremost.

CONS: Whenever it involves creating registration sites, there are a number of ways it can be customized. This makes the standard registration site a bit overwhelming for the first-time user. But once you're able to get around the program, all options become important. You get a level of appreciation for them.
