PROS: Bizzabo catered to our major events needs. Our team utilized a plethora of products for many years and we had to pair them with varying website services, event apps, attendee interactions, and ticketing. Bizzabo unified all these and definitely made our jobs a lot simpler. Event launching has been cut down considerably and we're from complexities with info-sharing. Bizzabo easily puts event, application, and attendee data in one convenient medium.
CONS: The way the site is designed makes it really user-friendly. There have been instances where it's a bit of a challenge overriding the site's code. Its site building infrastructure is frequently making improvements. Customer service listened intently to our feedback. They've even made updates so our requests can be met.

PROS: Its UI is excellent in terms of ticketing front and back office functionality. It takes a holistic take in managing events and keeps everything connected. It offers integration to current sites. Its own mobile app allows for agenda, networking, and a host of others. Excellent team to work with!
CONS: It's one of the best software in its class. But there are some things I wish they'd have. For instance, I hope they'll have calls for papers facility that lets speakers submit talks, so the event admin can it into the agenda. Customized registration questions intended for the buyer (not for all users). At times, payment can be a pain for some users (that may have something to do with the payment processor I'm using).

PROS: We are able to perform events management related tasks like designing websites, editing details of attendees, generating reports, etc. with so much ease. And whenever we have questions, we are always able to reach Bizzabo customer service team easily and they gladly provide us with answers quickly. They are the best!
CONS: It took us some time finding our way around the platform. We're just thankful to Bizzabo team because they're always ready to help us and quickly answers our questions. Apart from that, the software does not offer an option to test registration for every ticket type. This functionality would be very helpful and hopefully, they make it available in the software soon.

PROS: Event management has become an easier and less tedious process. We are able to set up event websites in a breeze and effeciently manage events from start to finish. Overall, this tool has made our job easier.
CONS: Bizzabo isn't perfect. It also has limitations and we also experienced some minor issues, just like with any other software. The good thing is, their support team is always responsive and help us fix any issues we encounter. I also love that they listen to our feedbacks and suggestions. I shared some ideas before with them and they did include them in their agenda. They usually add new features, making the platform way better and helpful than before.

PROS: We are able to manage all of our events and store all related information in one location. So accessing the data we need has become a lot easier. We are also able to make necessary changes in a breeze. It has also helped us with events promotion.
CONS: There are so many amazing functionalities but not everything are being used. But not because they don't work. We just don't need them. Other than that, everything else is performing fairly well.

PROS: They have a really helpful and responsive support team. The one who assisted us was Vicky Hong and she's simply awesome and knowledgeable. When I talked with her about an issue, she patiently explained everything to me in detail and even gave me extra tips. The platform itself is easy to use.
CONS: There are still some tools or functionalities that would be helpful that aren't available yet. But hopefully, they are already working on them.

PROS: Bizzabo is dream for any event maker. It has nice mix of intuitive (and very sleek) tools that allow for easy backend management as well as front end registration. Whether it involves cutomizing a registration/site to engaging the community to useful analytics, Bizzabo is ticking all boxes. What's more, it's the first time to have every collaborated with customer support that's responsive and highly interested in our user experience. We love it and so do our registrants.
CONS: There's really nothing to hate with Bizzbo. But we do wish there was something more. For example, they could use some added options in terms of design in creating site landing pages. But then again, that's just us talking. Or maybe nitpicking at an already great product.

PROS: It's impossible to manage our event if not for Bizzabo! The platform is so much easier to utilize when it comes to building an event's site as well as ticketing. With Bizzabo, attendees can engage prior, in the middle, and right after an event. Customer service has been great! The team were quick to respond and offered the best solutions to our participants.
CONS: We face certain issues sending out e-mails. But then again, it occurred just one time. Since then, it's been working perfectly!

PROS: A product with in-depth features. Through Bizzabo, there are a number of ways for planning and executing any event regardless of size. Our event was of "global" scale. It lured attendees from more than 50 or so countries. It took careful process for nine straight months. We've fully utilized Bizzabo in each aspect of event planning.
CONS: I wish there were features that we want to be made available. We've actually thrown around ideas to the team. They're actually willing to listen to any suggestions we have. These are usually software-specific. That includees Salesforce integration and other customizations.

PROS: The best thing with Bizzabo as a conference app is that it easily met our expectations. The staff has been a tremendous help. They're responsive and very patient with us. The implementation of sponsor integration was simple. It's a good feeeling to see potential sponsors seeing how it functions for other attendees right from my own smartphone.
CONS: There's nothing negative to say at all! We placed Bizzabo side by side with other potential platforms and it made a lot mroe sense to us. That's across all categories. It came in and delivered.

PROS: We launched our latest event via the Engagement app from Bizzabo and it produced exemplary results. Even when I came onboard one before the event, we understood that our time was very limited in setting it up. The process, on its own, was quick and simple. I love its ease of use and how Bizzabo puts things together in terms of feel and attractiveness. Delegates were delighted using the app and found it to be interacitve and handy.
CONS: At first, it seemed inconvenient since their main HQ is in the United States. That meant the possibility of waiting until late PM to communicate with customer support. But what happened was, they moved our account to their Israel-based colleagues. That means having a 1-hour difference with Barcelona. Our team applauded their efforts for this.

PROS: Bizzabo was tremendous in streamlining our event management. We used it from the beginning until the event. As a company responsible for curating and hosting events in varying locations, we wanted something efficent and simple. We were able to see both in Bizzabo. Through it, we have the ability to create attractive websites for events in a matter of clicks.
CONS: What's not to like? We love everything it does! Down the line, we felt there may be an option for creating a self-branding template.

PROS: I like how easy this is to use. It makes things simpler when using this collaborate with other members of the team. Its Community feature does an incredible job with attendees. As as result, operational costs are significantly reduced. There's never a need for printing out spreadsheets or anything else on paper.
CONS: There are small bugs that I notice here and there. Support is always there to resolve any issue quickly.

PROS: Bizzabo happens to the one and only choice for any event marketer who demands quality and sophistication. What's ultimately needed are ticket sales. Bizzabo does exactly just that. It even has a bonus feature too. For insntance, it's able to engage the community and it boasts a seemingly flawless UI/UX.
CONS: I wish I have the ability to clone events. Also, it'd be a bonus to have additional online marketing functionality.

PROS: It's a good thing to finally be working with the team from Bizzabo. They're always behind you every step of the way. Clearly, they put customers over themselves. The software is designed to intuitive. Its UI is perfect for both bacckend and frontend!
CONS: Its e-mail tool could use some refinement. The email template needs further personalization. It's probably just nitpicking. But other than that, there's really nothing to complain about. It does what it says.
