PROS: There are so many options available that you can customize functions as you go. You can customize your registration process and even design your website and emails for HTML/CSS. It is very easy to use and the reports are very helpful. We terribly love how you can share a dynamic Registrant List and other repots with non-etouches users. This feature is really wonderful. It truly is a well-rounded platform and combines payments, registration, and marketing into one dashboard. We can make follow-ups through the system as well. Now, we don't have to use different software that do not integrate well with each other. Also, the customer support is the best we have encountered so far.
CONS: The users management module could use extra features for account administartors. Also, the seating module is a bit too simple and basic. It would be cool to have more features. Maybe they can pattern it from Social Tables.

PROS: Aventri's tech support team is amazing because they accept to make some changes in the backend if you need some tweaking with your software. It's a robust tool that can handle and manage complex tasks and information.

PROS: We mainly use Aventri for our conferences and training, and it's extremely helpful when it comes to the whole registration and attendee info management. We use it during registration to gather information and expectations from our attendees. Generating the report from this is also super convenient. It also helps our finance team because Aventri allows users to download invoices for liquidation purposes.
CONS: The attendees can no longer access their information when the conference is over. So, it's impossible to use the app to process online payments and update personal information post-conference.

PROS: The customer support is very eager to help. They respond quickly and give assistance in a warm and friendly manner. They would offer to go in and fix the problem themselves or show you how to do it yourself. You choose. I also like how Aventri has folders for organizing media files.
CONS: The user interface is sometimes hard to navigate through. I find it a bit confusing. We are discouraged from messing with the code to make modifications but the great customer support makes up for this. They do a good job modifying the code for you.

PROS: Customer service is one of the best that I have encountered. They respond quickly and are very helpful whenever we need them. I have an admin account for eTouches and I receive questions from colleagues from time to time. I have no answers for all of them but thankfully, the customer support team does. They are also very quick in approaching me about authorization requests. I truly appreciate this.
CONS: The admin interface on the browser is not that intuitive for me. I find the learning curve kind of steep if you plan to use eTouches to its full potential. The tool is a bit unwieldy at times if you are not looking to use it to its fullest. Also, it's a bit expensive if you just want to use it for simple event management. Learning how to use it has its benefits but I find it pretty hard sometimes.

PROS: First off, Aventri is a wonderful software. It helps me track everything form accommodations. I was also able to upload Amtrak and flight information. I also use it to make reports for clients. With it, they are able to monitor how much they spend for every attendee. Also, I use it to generate report for my hotel representative as well. Furthermore, I want to add that BadgeNow is a great service as well. People who are into print on demand won't have any regrets with BadgeNow. I wish I discovered this way earlier.
CONS: I don't have anything against Aventri. It's just awesome.

PROS: I love how there is a seamless registration for registrants. With Aventri, they can register to our conference and even choose which meals that they will have. They can renew or apply for membership online and register for hotel rooms. It is truly an all-in-one software. Also, the mobile app takes info directly from the database. This makes it working with it faster as it eliminates redundant work.
CONS: I'm not big on the sales and support staff of Aventri. We have had problems in the past dealing with them. We experienced a high turnover rate before and we lost some things and skills during the process. We did not have an easy type haggling with the staff when we were setting up the software. The support team was quite slow to give us back our Passkey integration. It took a while before our attendees can book their hotel reservations in our registration process.
