How to Create a New Ticket

First please head over to our support page (https://webnus.net/support). From there you can easily click the ‘Create A Ticket’ button and create your ticket using our help widget. Please note that the email you enter for the ticket will be the same email you will have to create your technical support account with.

Also, you can go to our support portal directly (https://support.webnus.net) and create an account at our support portal. You can create your account using Gmail or Facebook or even your email. Then you can enter your user dashboard and create a ticket there.

In case you sent a ticket using our Help widget and you wanted to check on it, then you have to go to our support portal and create an account.

How to Check on Your Tickets

To check on your ticket status you can go to our support portal (https://support.webnus.net) and there you can create your account using the email by which you have created your tickets and log in. In some cases, you might have no password. To resolve the issue click on ‘Forgot Password’ and an email will be sent to your mailbox. There’s a link to reset your password.

If you used your Gmail account to create a ticket, you do not need to create an account using a new email. You can simply go to our support portal and log in using your Gmail account. It is already created for you.

Necessary Information to Create a Ticket

Please fill the ticket fields with the following information when submitting a ticket in order for a fast and proper response for your ticket:

  1. Choose your product
  2. Your email
  3. Subject
  4. Type of your request
  5. Live URL
  6. WordPress user/pass to login and examine your issue
  7. Full details about the issue
  8. The theme/plugin version on your website
  9. Screenshot of the issue
  10. Submit your ticket in its related category and topic so each ticket would be exclusively for one issue and can be checked easier

Note: If needed, we will ask you for an FTP user/pass so we can have them in case we need to run more tests or have deeper examinations.

  • Before posting, please make sure that you have installed the latest version of the theme or plugin. Inside each theme, we place its own documentation; hope you find it simple and helpful. There are video tutorials inside the documentation as well and it will help you learn fast, don’t miss them.
  • To have a quick and thorough review on your ticket please create a ticket and make sure that you send the issue details with related URL and screenshot. If you believe the issue won’t be fixed with the given tips and advice then create a ticket with WordPress admin user/pass +url to log in for deeper examination. Don’t worry about your login information, they are safe with us.
  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features, fixing bugs and reported issues, providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions are some of the services we provide our customers with at our support forum.
