Do I have to renew my licenses every year?
You need to renew your plugin's license each year to keep it up-to-date and maintain access to our support team.
Nevertheless, you are not required to renew in order to use our products. Upon downloading and installing our plugins, they are yours to use for as long as you want. You will not receive critical updates and support if you fail to renew your subscription.
Will more demos/templates be added to the Deep theme and can we use them with or without a subscription?
If you have the subscription then, yes, after updating the theme you will have access to the new demos, but if you cancel the subscription, then you cannot update the Deep theme and so can’t have access to the new content and demos.
Are the addons annually paid or a one-time payment?
Addons are also based on a subscription payment method. So, you will need to pay annually to continue having the update and support for it.

How long after I purchase the theme I can download it?
Immediately after your purchase, you can download and enjoy the theme. You just need to click on the “User” button from the top menu and log in.
How can I update the themes? Is it free?
You can update the theme by entering your purchase code in theme dashboard and activating it. Then simply go to your WP dashboard > Appearance > Themes and now updating it is free!
What features I will have after activating the theme?
By activating the theme, you will have access to demo importer page, plugins install page and auto update.
I want to test MEC plugin, is there a way to do that?
Yes. You can install the free version of the plugin which has most of the features of the pro version. You can download it via this link: Modern Events Calendar Lite
How can I ask any further questions about the product after I purchased it?
You can submit your questions in our support forum at https://webnus.net/support and our support staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible. For high volume of requests we receive, it may take 12 to 24 hours to hear back from us. We would appreciate your patience.
How can I download the product after purchasing?
After you buy the product, click on “User” button on the top menu and log in. Then you can refer to Dashboard > Downloads and by clicking on View Details and Downloads, you can download your purchased item.
How can I upgrade the package I have already purchased?
You need to follow two steps:
1- Purchasing your preferred package.
2- Submitting refund request via this form and receiving confirmation for the refund; or simply use our online chat widget at the bottom right side of the screen.
Do MEC and Deep have life-time licenses or users should renew their licenses annually?

How long do I receive support and updates?
All of our products include one year of support and update and your plan will be auto-renewed every year. You can cancel your subscription anytime you like.
Do I have to purchase 2 licenses if I have a staging website?
It is usually not necessary to purchase two licenses. In fact, you can go to Webnus.net and click on User from the top menu and log in. Then, you can go to Purchase Details > View License > Manage Sites and deactivate your current website.
Then copy the key license and go to your test website and activate it there.
Do I need to purchase MEC Pro to use the addons?
MEC is a must-have for running any of our premium add-ons, including Ticket & Invoice, Advanced Reports, Waiting List, WooCommerce Integration, etc, but some of the add-ons are labeled as Lite versions on our addons page. Those add-ons work with the lite version as well. See the addons here.
What will happen if I canceled my subscription?
You will no longer receive support or updates for the products. However, you can still renew the plan and continue receiving the updates and support any time you need. Also, you will still possess the product and will be able to use it.
Is the premium version of Modern Events Calendar Plugin included in Deep Theme?
The free version of MEC Plugin is included in Deep and all event demos of Deep are created by this version. In order to be able to use non-free features such as events sales and booking, you need to purchase premium license of the plugin.

Yes. Both of these products have exclusive license and can be activated by their own purchase code.
