WEBSITE REGISTRATION

By confirming these terms and conditions, you accept that you will abide by the following eligibility terms. Moreover, in case, you are a part of a corporation, where the end-users, as well as the employees and all the other members of the corporation, will be permitted to access the site and license the content and/or the product that is purchased, should accept these terms and conditions.

Eligibility: You are eligible to enter into this agreement and:

You were not prohibited by any law, judicial act, or competent authority to enter into an agreement.
You are an adult or you have gained adequate consent from your parents / legal guardians to enter into this agreement.
Webnus never prohibited you to enter into an agreement like this before.
You are not a resident of any prohibited state and you are not a member of any terror organization.
If you are working on behalf of an organization, you hold all necessary permits to enter into an agreement.

Access: You cannot sell, rent, share or transfer your access to our website.

Acceptable Use:

You shall use the product and services in their true form and refrain from any activity which may infringe, disrupt or delay services to the other users.
You shall not use the services for any malicious activities such as sending spam, unsolicited messages, harassing, stalking, or threatening any other person or system.
You shall not create any script, software, code, or program which may impair, disrupt, diminish or add functionality to the services.

Verifying your Account: Webnus may ask you to verify your identity through various means when registering for a product or service. If you have registered with an email ID, Webnus may send you a message to the same address that you provided. This message may contain links or a list of the information we’ll need to identify you as the sole owner of the email ID.

Securing Your Account: As a measure to keep our services and confidential information such as licenses, etc. safe, you have to secure your account with a strong password as an obligation.

One Account per Person: You are allowed to have only one account on our website. While each account is allowed to be used by a single user. If you are a part of an organization and own an account on behalf of it, you are allowed to grant access to a few employees. In this case, you, as the person whose name is registered in Webnus, will be held responsible for all activities from that account.

Sharing an Account: You are strictly prohibited from sharing details of your account with any third parties.

Abuse Notification: In case you get adequate information that your account has been hacked or if you get information about the unauthorized use of your account, you are required to inform Webnus immediately.

WEBSITE SERVICES

The services provided by Webnus as on this day are as mentioned below. Webnus holds complete authority to add or deprecate any services according to its sole discretion without any prior notice.

Online Store: Webnus allow you to purchase licenses through Webnus online store. Any item shall be sold under a specific license and each item you purchase will be associated with a unique license key.

Updates: Webnus may provide you with updates on its offered products. These updates can be implemented at your discretion, by updating the files and database on your server.

License Key: A license key is provided for every customer who purchases our product and that is required to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers, and extra resources for our offered products. This license key is a property of Webnus. You are free to use it on your own website. You can also use it on the websites of your customers if the website is made by you. However, sharing the license key with any third party is prohibited.

Knowledge Base: Webnus provide certain manuals, articles, and tutorials that will help you use the licensed product. Most of these are available for free, while Webnus holds the authority to charge for some additional documents.

PAYMENTS

For all the services and products offered by Webnus, you will have to pay the specified fees as published on the respective websites. The payment shall be made via different available payment methods and in any case, where you purchase a subscription, the billing has to be made under a recurring subscription.

Webnus may determine or update the pricing for particular products and services from time to time.

All Webnus products are sold automatically, recurring subscriptions that renew every year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This is applicable for all paid products unless otherwise states, and the ones that come with a lifetime license do not require renewals, if there are any.

A recurring license will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels the subscription before the automatic renewal date.

Please note the following details of Webnus license subscriptions:

Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of the original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid every year (1 year) unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time easily by contacting us. If you desire to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the product and service after your license expires.
Our product may come with a renewal discount that one can avail of if the license is renewed within the renewal period. The renewal price may be the full product price as published at that particular time, exclusive of any discounts as well. Webnus holds complete authority in managing the cost and discounts in such cases.
If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been canceled and your extension license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price (at that particular time) for the extended license. We cannot apply older pricing to your new renewal purchase.
By renewing your subscription in the right period of time, you will have full access to our products, lifetime updates, and premium support. If you do not renew, then you won’t have the possibility to update or use premium support.

LICENSE OF OUR WORDPRESS PRODUCTS

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to receive upgrades and support for your own use on a number of websites equal to the number of website installation licenses purchased, owned, or otherwise controlled by you, subject to the limitations set forth herein.

All our WordPress plugins, themes, and their source codes available for download on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

In addition to any digital goods that may be found on Company’s websites, all content, imagery, and media are copyrighted or licensed by Webnus or a third party. All rights are reserved.

It is important to note that all license keys provided for the Digital Goods are confidential. In case the confidentiality is violated, the Licensee agrees to notify the Licensor immediately. It is possible for the Company to terminate this Agreement if the license key is made public on the internet.

Disclaimer

Unless otherwise specified, all other portions of the digital goods, including source code, are provided under the GNU Public License, Version 2.0. It is your acknowledgment and agreement that the digital goods are being licensed to you and are not being sold. Under this Agreement, you are not granted any ownership interest in the digital goods, or any other rights related to them except the right to use them in accordance with all the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth herein. As far as the Company is concerned, it shall retain absolute ownership of and title to any owned portions of the digital goods, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein or related thereto, except as expressly granted to you by this Agreement.

REFUND POLICY AND LICENSE CANCELLATIONS

We provide premium products via a subscription model. Subscriptions are automatically renewed after one year. Upon renewal, you will receive product updates and premium support. It is possible to cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time.

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within approximately 24 hours, however, the total reimbursement of the amount to your account is entirely dependent on the payment gateway used. Refund requests can be submitted using the form here.

Our website does not store credit card information or payment information in order to maintain your security..

Your subscription for the product will be renewed automatically each year on the anniversary date of your original purchase (unless the Support Team extends your subscription).

We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved, or feel that our product isn’t working as expected, you can request a refund within 30 days after purchase. We will be happy to refund the entire amount. In order to ask for a refund, you’ll need to fill in this form.

We will process your refund as soon as possible. In some cases, we might even offer to resolve the issue for you.

No refund request will be processed after 30 days post-purchase. If you are not happy with the product, apply for a refund within 30 days after purchase.

By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.

We reserve the right to reject a refund request if deemed necessary.

Webnus shall not accept any refund requests during promotions like Black Friday, and the refund requested during promotions will be accepted only after the promotion is finished.

If you purchase a product and ask for a refund on it and purchase it again, your second refund request for that product will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In case duplicates of a product are available on Webnus dashboard of which one has been purchased during a promotion (with discount) and the other before the promotion, should refund be requested for the non-discounted product, we will issue a refund only for the discounted product. This is to prevent any form of abuse of our promotions.

Discount codes offered by Webnus are only for new purchases.

You may not refund a previous purchase and use the coupon code to purchase the same product again. This applies to all promotions and coupon codes unless stated otherwise.

By purchasing our products from our partners, you can no longer request a refund for the previous product purchased from Webnus Inc. directly in the last 30 days (for any possible reason).

Update and Compatibility

All WordPress plugins and themes sold on our website are always tested and updated to ensure compatibility with the latest version of WordPress. It is important to note, however, that Webnus cannot guarantee that the current versions of our themes and plugins will be compatible with previous versions of WordPress, or older versions of our themes will be compatible with the current version of WordPress.

Webnus reserves the right to discontinue or modify, temporarily or permanently, any product or license type without warning. Unless otherwise stated, prices and renewal discounts of all products are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. You will be notified of the new price and discount by posting it on the applicable purchase site.

From time to time the Company may develop and provide Updates. These Updates may include upgrades, bug fixes, etc, as well as new features. Users will be informed of such updates using our communication channels. The Company is not obligated to provide Updates or any specific functionality.

Termination

It is compulsory to comply with the Company as soon as the digital goods are downloaded.

This agreement will be terminated when the digital goods are deleted from your devices. It should be noted that the refund policy is only available within the time period mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. The Company can terminate this Agreement, with or without notice, if the support of the goods halts. The company may do so at sole discretion. In case of any kind of violation of these Terms and Conditions, this Agreement will be terminated immediately.

If this Agreement is terminated, your rights under it will be terminated too.

WARRANTY

Our products are provided to you as-is, and without any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

After your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with your order details and other purchase information. Your license key will be made available in your account area along with your downloadable items. You can download purchased products by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the product and clicking on the appropriate link.

If you did not receive an email containing mentioned information, you can take a look at the purchase history in your account on Webnus store.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.

SUPPORT

We, at Webnus, stand by our products and believe that they are the best possible solutions we deliver. However, if you faced any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a ticket at our support center and we will help you to resolve your issue. Dedicated support is promised to only those who possess an active license. Free copies and expired licenses are not liable for free support. You will have to purchase a licensed copy or renew an expired license in order to be able to get help from our developers.

OWNERSHIP

All the content, images, videos, and products used on this website including documentation are a property of Webnus. Although you can refer to everything on this website, you cannot claim our content or products without consent from us.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

Webnus may send you occasional emails to share some recent updates about our company and products. They’ll often contain information about recent updates, templates, freebies, promotions, and more. You can opt-out of our email newsletters anytime.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Section:

“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your” means the individual or entity enrolled in the Webnus Affiliate Program.
“Qualifying Sale” means a completed purchase of an eligible product made through your unique affiliate link or code that has not been refunded, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise reversed. A commission arising from a Qualifying Sale remains pending during the applicable Clearance Period.
“Distinct Customer” means a purchaser who is a different natural person or legal entity from any other purchaser counted toward your eligibility, evidenced by a different name, a different email address, a different payment instrument, and a different billing address. Orders that share any of these identifiers with another order, or with your own Affiliate account, are not treated as coming from Distinct Customers.
“Self-Referral” means any purchase made by you, by a member of your household, by a person or entity related to or acting on your behalf, or by any business or account that you own or control, regardless of the email address, name, payment method, or identity used to place the order.
“Clearance Period” means the period of 30 days following a purchase during which a commission remains pending and unpaid, allowing time for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud review.

1.1. Prohibition on Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commissions on Self-Referrals. Commissions are payable only on bona fide sales to genuine third-party customers. Any commission arising from a Self-Referral is void, whether or not it has already been calculated, approved, or paid, and Webnus may reverse or recover it in accordance with Section 1.6.

1.2. No Stacking of Affiliate Discounts and Commissions

A single order may not both generate an affiliate commission and receive an affiliate-specific discount or coupon. This includes affiliate codes and coupons, promotional or sale pricing, and any manually granted, negotiated, or support-issued discount, whether or not the discount was given with knowledge that the order originated from an affiliate link.

Where an order has received any such discount, Webnus may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the order from earning a commission or reduce the commission accordingly. In all cases, commissions are calculated on the net amount actually paid by the customer after all discounts, taxes, and fees, never on the list price. This applies regardless of the identity of the purchaser or the email address used to place the order.

1.3. Commission Eligibility Threshold

Commissions accrue from your first Qualifying Sale; however, your first commission payout will not be released until you have generated at least three (3) Qualifying Sales from three (3) Distinct Customers, unless you have successfully completed Webnus’s identity verification process.. Commissions earned before this threshold is met are held in a pending balance and are not forfeited; they become payable once the threshold and the Clearance Period are both satisfied.

Webnus may adjust the required number of Distinct Customers from time to time, with such changes applying to commissions not yet eligible for payout.

1.4. Identity Verification (Fast-Track Eligibility)

You may waive the threshold described in Section 1.3 by successfully completing Webnus’s identity verification process. Upon verification, your commissions become eligible for payout from your first Qualifying Sale, subject in all cases to the Clearance Period and to the prohibition on Self-Referrals.

Webnus may require identity verification before releasing any payout, before releasing payouts above a defined threshold, or where fraud is suspected. Any personal data collected for verification will be handled in accordance with Webnus’s Privacy Policy.

1.5. Clearance Period and Holding of Commissions

All commissions remain pending and unpaid during the Clearance Period. Commissions associated with orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, or reversed during this period are void and will not be paid. Webnus may extend the Clearance Period or place any individual commission under manual review where it has reason to do so, including for first commissions and for commissions above a defined value.

1.6. Multiple Accounts, Circumvention, and Anti-Fraud

You may not:

(a) operate more than one Affiliate account, or use additional names, email addresses, payment methods, or accounts to circumvent these terms;

(b) generate, or attempt to generate, commissions through fraudulent, deceptive, or artificial means, including but not limited to Self-Referrals, fabricated orders, or coordinated purchases designed to satisfy the eligibility threshold;

Webnus reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to: investigate any account or transaction; request supporting information or identity verification; withhold, delay, reduce, or void any pending or approved commission; recover commissions already paid that were earned in breach of these terms; suspend or terminate your participation in the Program; and forfeit any pending balance upon termination for breach.

A determination by Webnus that a transaction breaches these terms does not require proof of the purchaser’s identity; it is sufficient that the transaction shares identifying characteristics with the Affiliate’s account or otherwise indicates a Self-Referral or circumvention.

1.7. Commission Payment Schedule and Minimum Payout

Commissions become eligible for payment only after the applicable Clearance Period has expired and all applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

Affiliate commissions are paid on a quarterly basis. The commissions eligible for payment during each three-month period will be paid on the last day of the month following the end of that three-month period.

The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD. If the Affiliate’s eligible commission balance is less than $100 USD at the end of a payment period, the balance will carry forward to the next payment period until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

1.8. No Waiver

Webnus’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms in a particular instance does not waive its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

Webnus may amend these Affiliate Program terms from time to time in accordance with the amendment provisions of this Agreement.

Affiliate payments are subject to the following:

Affiliates receive their payment of three months in one installment.
The sum of all the payments for the 3-month period are paid on the last day of the next month after the last day of the 3-month period. This is to make sure all refunds made for affiliate purchases are addressed.
The minimum required amount for withdrawal is 100 USD. Any amount below that may not be paid to the affiliate partner.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS

Webnus reserves the right at any time to (i) change any information, specifications, features, or functions of the Site, Services, or Software, including any Trial, (ii) suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of the Services or any Trial, including the availability of any feature, database or content, or (iii) impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict access to parts or all of the Services, including any Trial, In each case with or without prior notice and without any liability to you or any third party.

Webnus will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of changes to the Services and/or Products that, in Webnus’s reasonable opinion, have the effect of materially and adversely diminishing the functionality of the Services and/or Products.

Webnus may update or revise this Agreement from time to time. If Webnus updates or revises this Agreement, Webnus will notify you either by email to your most recently provided email address, by posting the updated or revised Terms of Service and End User License Agreement on the Site, or by any other manner chosen by Webnus in its commercially reasonable discretion. Your use of the Site, Services or Software following any such update or revision constitutes your agreement to be bound by and comply with this Agreement as updated or revised. You can view the most current Terms of Service and End User License Agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement periodically.
