Advanced Reports Addon
Advanced Reports Addon helps you create a report of all the reservations made by MEC on your website. It is now available with more features in the backend, such as Professional reservation filtering based on date, Event name, Categories, Organizers, and Places. Also, two diagrams are included in the Advanced Reports Addon, in which you can find all the abovementioned. Among other features are the amount of income based on the active payments and some crucial statistics, a sortable list of attendees, and, above all, exporting in CSV, XML, and JSON format.
The Advanced Reports Addon is designed to utilize the features and data structures provided by MEC Pro, which are absent in MEC Lite. A key requirement for the addon is the booking feature, a fundamental component of MEC Pro. Since MEC Lite does not include the booking feature, the addon cannot operate with it.
Advanced Reports Addon Installation

By clicking on the Back button, you get redirected to the main page. By scrolling down on the same page, you can see the attendees, and as you scroll down further, more content gets added infinitely. You can adjust the order of the attendee list by using the up or down icons located next to each column header.
Export Attendees List
Clicking the Export icon will display the available export formats. You can choose to export data in CSV, XML, or JSON. Additionally, you can either export all bookings or select specific ones to export.
Exported files include booking details such as invoice number, attendee names and emails, event and ticket information (name and price), and data from fixed and per-attendee fields in the booking form. Additional details include confirmation and verification status, ticket variations, event location, and the organizer’s name.
In the attendee list, there are numbers you can see in the following:
- The edit link in the booking menu
- The invoice download link
- The front-end event link
- The current status of the reservation includes verified, confirmed, waiting, Cancelled, rejected, and pending.
Sales, Attendees & Payment Insights
On the right, you can see the sales volume from each payment gateway represented in both a pie chart and a horizontal bar chart.
- The pie chart at the top illustrates the overall distribution of payments.
- The horizontal bar charts below display the percentage and exact amount for each payment method individually.
On the left, there is a Dual-Axis Line Chart, which presents two sets of data over a specific time period:
- The left axis represents Attendees (yellow).
- The right axis represents Sales (blue).
This chart is useful for comparing trends between two related variables, such as sales and event Attendees.
The Line Chart also includes filtering options, allowing you to refine data based on Locations, Organizers, and Categories for a more detailed analysis.
